Network hiccups, fully visible

• When the connection drops mid-chat, you now see exactly what's going on: the cause, a live countdown to the next retry, and which attempt it is — no more guessing at a spinner. (Full detail requires the latest device update)
• Automatic retries raised from 3 to 10, so flaky networks get ridden out more often.
• Pressing Stop during a retry wait now takes effect immediately instead of sitting out the delay. (Requires the latest device update)
• Fixed a rare case where the "reconnecting" chip could get stuck on screen.

Know which screen your device is watching

• Settings → Device gains a "Mirrored Screen" row: the display your device currently sees, with its name, resolution, and main-screen badge.
• Multiple monitors? Hit "Locate" and the mirrored screen flashes a bold overlay so you can spot it instantly.
• If the device can't see anything (e.g. the screen is set to Extend instead of Mirror), you get a clear notice and a one-click jump into the system's display settings.

Public Wi-Fi web sign-in arrives

• New: when the device joins a Wi-Fi network that needs a web login (hotels, airports), your computer can pop the sign-in page to help the device get online. (Requires the latest device update)

Steadier proactive engine

• If an app restarts, Violoop picks it back up automatically instead of going quiet from then on.
• On Windows, many more apps work with no setup at all.
• Input suggestions you've dismissed won't keep coming back, and a rare stray popup is fixed.

Device rests when your computer does

• When your computer sleeps, shuts down, or you quit the app, scheduled tasks and background features on the device pause automatically and stop consuming credit; everything resumes when the computer is back. Runs missed while away are skipped, not replayed in a burst. (Requires the latest device update)

Other improvements

• Device network proxy can now be configured right during first-time setup.
• Context-menu Copy now copies just the text you selected, not the whole message.
• Fixed the press-the-device-button dialog showing Chinese text on an English UI.
