Refreshed light theme, now the default look

The light theme has been recolored from the ground up: warm off-white surfaces, a single soft grey stroke for borders, and deep teal accents — easier on the eyes over long sessions, with text and edges that read clearly on white.
Light is now the default theme: fresh installs open in light. If you've already picked a theme yourself, your choice is kept untouched. Settings → General → Appearance lets you switch back to dark teal or dark violet at any time.
The home screen greeting uses a roomier display face, and the three suggestion cards switch to milky-white glass in light mode.
The Memory sidebar now looks like a file browser: search at the top, file icons on entries, and the detail panel as a floating card. Chat workspace, Agenda, Files and the other pages share one background in light mode instead of a patchwork.
Settings uses a clean solid canvas in light mode; the context compaction, permission presets, model manager and proactive engine panels get consistent layout and selection states.
The "success / healthy" color changes from green to teal (latency indicator, charts, action status dots) to stay in line with the brand color.

Inline completions, proactive suggestions and reply drafts now use the language you picked in Settings as their reference: if what you're typing clearly shows a language, they continue in it; when it's too short to tell, they follow your setting — instead of drifting to whatever language happens to be on screen or in memory.
"Follow system" now really follows the system: when the computer connects to the device, it syncs the OS language over, so text generated on the device matches the language of the app.

The title-bar network popover gains a "Computer → Server" row next to the existing "Device → Server" one: device can't reach, computer can → the device's network; neither can → the server or the upstream link; only the computer can't → most likely the computer's own proxy or firewall.
"Server latency" now probes the real service endpoint; the previous number was the response time of an error page and didn't reflect actual service latency.
Fixed the "This computer → Server reachability" row being stuck on "Not tested yet": the probe was running every time, its result just never made it to the screen.
Fixed the popover stretching wider while "Test" runs and snapping back afterwards.

When the AI operates the computer, click targets are now bound to the window and geometry captured at screenshot time, so clicks no longer land off-target when a window moves or across multiple screens and scale factors; background actions behave as before.

When the device restarts or the cable is unplugged, the app shows "Disconnected" and reconnects automatically — the separate "USB disconnected" page is gone.

Light theme arrived; suggestion cards became a one-question "was this useful?" survey; a sub-agent panel was added to the right rail.
Inline completions stream in word by word and the recognition frame feels snappier; draft cards are offered once.
