Configure the device proxy before signing in — no more login deadlock on restricted networks

Device proxy, available before sign-in

• A new "Device proxy" shortcut on the sign-in screen: if the device's network needs a proxy to reach the internet, you can now configure it before logging in. It takes effect immediately, and sign-in proceeds normally.
• Previously the proxy setting lived behind the login wall, so restricted networks got stuck at sign-in. That deadlock is gone.
• With the latest device firmware, cloud connections and the messaging channel both route through the configured proxy, and proxy changes apply instantly.

Improvements & fixes

• Fixed screen reading occasionally returning empty content after the target app restarts (it now reconnects automatically).
